• publish: when git-checks setting is true, check that branch is master, clean, and up-to-date before publish. The publish branch is master by default but may be changed through the publish-branch setting (@yaodingyd, #2383)
• do not require the --force option to recreate node_modules when running pnpm install (#2379, @zkochan)
